Last Updated: August 1, 2025
Welcome to Guidepost! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Guidepost software, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Guidepost Inc. (“Guidepost”, “we”, or “us”).
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Guidepost is an AI-powered productivity assistant for managers. It connects to your communication and collaboration tools, including Slack and email, to help you identify priorities, follow up with your team, and prepare for meetings. When authorized, Guidepost may also send messages or requests to team members or stakeholders on your behalf to gather updates or facilitate planning.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You may need to create an account and provide certain information to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Prices and billing terms are outlined on our website. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:
Use the Service to violate any law or regulation
Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Service
Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent
You are responsible for all messages or communications Guidepost sends on your behalf. You agree not to authorize Guidepost to send any content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading, or that could reasonably be interpreted as harassment or impersonation without consent.
6. Data and Privacy
By using the Service, you authorize us to process and, when instructed, act on your behalf using certain data (including sending messages or updates via integrated services such as Slack or email). Our use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Service belongs to Guidepost or its licensors. You may not use our branding or software outside the scope of these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your access will end and your data may be deleted.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guidepost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Service.
